Gestational Carrier Agency Fee: $40,000

• Includes finding, screening, and matching a suitable Gestational Carrier in a surrogacy friendly state in the U.S.
• Continual guidance, information, and service throughout the entire journey to parenthood
• Use of all our approved professional partners – fertility doctors, attorneys, licensed psychologist, escrow/trust companies, licensed genetic counselors and ART insurance brokers *Does not include the cost of embryo creation due to your Fertility Center.

Legal Fees / Escrow Fees: $13,000 – $19,000

• Intended Parent(s) egg donor contract, surrogate contract, parental rights and court fees
• Egg Donor and Surrogate’s attorney fees
• Escrow/Trust account fees (held by an attorney or escrow company)

Egg Donor Compensation & Expenses: $11,000 – $13,000*

• Egg Donor Compensation: $8,000 for first time – $10,000+ for experienced
• Cycle Expenses – Psychological Evaluation, Genetic Counseling, AMH Test, Donor Insurance 
• Egg Donor Local Travel Expenses: Travel related expenses up to $2,000. *Does not include Travel Expenses & Outside Monitoring for Non-Local Egg Donor

Surrogate Compensation & Expenses: $68,000- $78,000 (singleton) – $91,000-$101,000 (twins)*

• Surrogate Compensation: Non-CA/NV $50,000 for first time surrogate, $55,000+ for a proven surrogate
• CA/NV -$60,000 for first time surrogate, $65,000+ for a proven surrogate
• Surrogate Expenses: Approx. $8,000 (singleton)/$11,000 (twin) for monthly xpense allowance, cycle medication fee, embryo transfer fee, positive HCG fee and maternity clothing allowance, etc.

Surrogate Health Insurance & Medical Expenses: $6,000-$16,000*

• Life Insurance Policy for Surrogate ($500,000) & IP ($100,000) at confirmation of pregnancy
• Monthly health insurance premioums during the journey until three months post delivery
• Medical expenses during pregnancy for OBGYN co-pays/labs/deductibles
• Medical expenses at birth for hospital/delivery
• Health insurance premiums can very, up to $30,000 for a private non-ACA health insurance policy *Does not include newborn insurance for International Intended Parents
